No. xxjili strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same player will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and bonus winnings may be forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

You can update most of your account details — such as your mobile number, address, and communication preferences — directly from your Account Settings page after logging in. However, changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team. This is to protect your account from unauthorized changes.
